Who is responsible for the processing of your data?
Scale Up Partner (see information in the Legal Notice).
For what purpose is your personal data processed?
Scale Up Partner, through contact via email, collects and processes the information provided by you in order to manage the business relationship between you and Scale Up Partner and respond to your requests.
How will Scale Up Partner treat the data?
Scale Up Partner will not use in any way the personal information that you provide and will keep professional secrecy and the maximum confidentiality of your data at all times.
As a user, you guarantee that your data is true, exact, complete and up-to-date, being responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may be caused as a result of breach of such obligation. The user’s data will be canceled, deleted or blocked when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose in accordance with current legislation.
How long will your data be kept?
In general, the personal data provided will be kept during the maintenance of the commercial or contractual relationship. After it, Scale Up Partner will proceed to the immediate elimination of your data without delay, unless your data must be kept for compliance with any legal obligation.
What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
The processing of your personal data will have as a legal basis the need to process your data to execute pre-contractual or contractual measures for the provision of services.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties, in any case.
What are your rights when you provide your data?
Right to request access to personal data. First of all, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Scale Up Partner is processing personal data that concerns you and, in such a case, the right of access to personal data.
Right of rectification, deletion and oblivion. You also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right to limitation of treatment. In certain circumstances, you may also request Scale Up Partner to limit the processing of your data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.
Right to data portability. You have the right for Scale Up Partner to send your data to another company whenever you request it.
Right of opposition. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Scale Up Partner will stop processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Right to withdraw consent. Since the treatment carried out by Scale Up Partner is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it whenever you want and to end said treatment.
To exercise any of these rights, you only have to write to Scale Up Partner at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and your request will be processed.
If you consider that we have not satisfied the exercise of your rights, you may file a claim with the competent Control Authority: Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
